About the event
Whether you make New Year’s resolutions or not, there is no doubt that the New Year brings an opportunity to evaluate and take stock of where you are and what changes you want to make to your health, work, relationships and environment. What’s working? What’s not working? It will be no surprise to hear that a 2020 study reported that the most popular New Year resolutions were focussed on physical health, weight loss, and eating habits (Oscarsson et al, 2020). What are your resolutions? More importantly though, how can you make sure that your changes are sustainable and long lasting this time? In this webinar we will be sharing some top Health Coaching lessons to help you to stick with your New Year’s resolutions, so they become embedded into your life and are sustainable. The skills are transferable and relevant to all areas of your life and are highly valuable in supporting new lifestyle behaviours and habit changes at any time of the year. The starting point to establishing fool proof resolutions (or any lifestyle change) is firstly to ask yourself: Why do you want this outcome or change ? And… What will it give you? How will life be different and what will be the impact of that? And… How will you do it? What is the first step and when will you do that? Our webinar will help you to implement changes in your life this year that you will follow through without feeling overwhelmed. And if training as a Health Coach is on your wish list for 2023, we will describe the pathway to becoming a Health Coach and how you can join our January intake, starting on 30th January. Start 2023 with clarity and confidence.
