Sarah Stannard - Certified Health & Wellness Coach

Sarah Stannard is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach whose own health journey inspired a major career change. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in her mid-thirties, she prioritised her health and later retrained as a coach after nearly twenty years as a Director of Sales and Marketing. Today, she helps others create healthier, happier lives through a practical and holistic approach.


Sarah specialises in both corporate and private health coaching, delivering corporate wellness workshops, Lunch and Learns, 1-to-1 employee coaching, on-site health assessments, and personalised support for private clients. She also consults for Surrey County Council, supporting children with obesity, as well as Healthier Weight UK and The Weight Loss Clinic. In addition, she writes monthly health and wellness articles, with work featured in OK Magazine, Bella, Best, Women’s Own, and on BBC Radio Surrey and Sussex.


Sarah trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where she studied over 100 dietary theories, coaching methods, and lifestyle management with leading health and wellness experts. She has also studied The Science of Well-Being at Yale University and The Foundation of Mindfulness at Rice University.
