Passionate about the science of longevity, Ann is committed to helping individuals to take control of their health through small, sustainable actions that promote wellbeing well into their later years. Since 2012, she has trained and mentored numerous health practitioners, helping them build successful businesses and integrating this expertise into HCA’s business training.
