What is a Health Coach?
A Health Coach is a qualified professional who specialises in health, nutrition, and wellness and understands the human side of care. Our Health Coaches are also trained in life coaching, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to focus on you.
They’ll work with you to:
- Identify the sources of stress, overwhelm, or burnout in your life
- Develop practical strategies to improve sleep, energy, and mental clarity
- Support healthy habits around movement, nutrition, and self-care
- Help you navigate life changes, including menopause, work pressures, and personal challenges
- Build confidence, reduce self-doubt, and reconnect with what matters most
