The Science of Happiness: Discover What Makes Life Feel Good (and How to Coach Others Toward It)

With Professional Health & Wellness Coaches, Lyn Hatch & Suzanne Laurie

Monday 19th January | 12pm (UK) 2pm (SA)

Blue Monday doesn’t have to feel blue.

It’s often called “the most depressing day of the year,” but what if we used it as a moment to explore the opposite - what truly makes us feel happy, energised, and fulfilled?

Most of us chase happiness without ever really understanding it. We wonder: What’s the true definition of happiness? Why do some people seem naturally happy? Are there real steps that lead to a happier life?

The exciting part is that the answers exist, and they’re rooted in proven science.

Join our free webinar on Monday 19th January with professional Health & Wellness Coaches Lyn Hatch and Suzanne Laurie to unpack what happiness really is, the science of happiness through the lens of the Sustainable Happiness Model and why positive psychology is one of the most powerful frameworks in today’s health and wellbeing coaching space.

What You'll Learn:

  • 12 easy habits proven to create real, lasting happiness, not just short bursts of pleasure and how to apply them to everyday life.

  • How Health Coaches can move clients beyond quick fixes and into sustainable, life-enhancing habits that genuinely boost wellbeing

  • Tips and tools you can use immediately to support lasting, meaningful happiness.

If you’re ready to understand happiness on a whole new level and learn the tools to help others experience more of it, this webinar is for you.
