How becoming a Health Coach can transform your life

HCA Graduate, Nicola von Bratt
HCA Graduate, Odette Constantinides

We are always thrilled to witness the remarkable personal transformations our students undergo when completing our course.

Take recent HCA graduate Odette, for instance, who has experienced an incredible reversal of her type 2 diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, and insulin resistance, leaving her with a new zest for life.

Alongside her personal growth journey, just one month after graduating, Odette has established a successful health coaching practice that is fully booked for the next three months!

Becoming a Health Coach: A Journey of Personal & Professional Growth

Here’s the feedback that Odette very kindly shared upon completing her HCA Level 5 Diploma in Health & Wellness Coaching

“As I reflect on my journey with HCA, it is almost mind blowing to take cognizance of the enormous amount of knowledge and new skill sets that I have developed, this in itself is so rewarding.

Learning to truly engage with people through deep listening has been invaluable. My personal journey has led me to embrace lifestyle changes such as finding 'me' time, mastering breathing techniques, and cultivating mindfulness. I've come to view lifestyle holistically, addressing mind, body, and soul.

I have found my direction and purpose in life.  I am healthier, have maintained my 28KG weight loss, no longer have Type II diabetes, hypercholesterolaemia, insulin resistance, in fact, my energy levels are brilliant, I sleep well and I am happier.  I have a zest for life and am loving the opportunity to walk the talk and help others.

"I've become a healthier, happier version of myself."

I am running a full time practice that is fully booked for the next 3 months! That includes all five of my case studies and 11 new clients. One of my clients has now lost 38kg and changed her life around completely as a result of health coaching!

I am also collaborating with physios, specialist physicians, gynecologists, personal trainers, biokineticists, psychologists, plastic surgeons and cardiologists - solidifying my commitment to holistic health and wellbeing.”

Are you considering a career in Health Coaching?
