Chris Robert – Gut Health Coach and HCA Graduate
Our guest, Chris Robert, is the founder of The Gut Coach and a specialist in helping people restore their digestive health. Chris combines lived experience with professional expertise to guide clients through practical, step-by-step strategies for gut recovery, addressing issues such as IBS, IBD, SIBO, and food-related anxiety.
In his twenties, Chris was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and faced the prospect of lifelong medication or surgery. Determined to find another way, he committed to a natural approach, eventually becoming symptom- and medication-free. This personal transformation inspired him to train as a health coach with HCA to help others.
Today, Chris works with clients using a framework that blends nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset, supporting them to uncover root causes, break unhelpful patterns, and create lasting change.
On discussing long-term success, he shared that "it just goes to show that you can do the work and get huge results. So it doesn't have to be a life sentence."
