Edward Harpin – Retreat Owner, Meditation & Yoga Teacher
Our guest, Edward Harpin, is the owner and course director of The Tree, a well-established relaxation and meditation retreat set in the North York Moors, England.
Due to prolonged stress and burnout, Edward searched for a more sustainable way of living, immersing himself in mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices. These practices played a central role in his personal recovery and became the foundation of his work supporting others.
Today, Edward lives and works at The Tree with his wife Clare, where he continues to support individuals in cultivating inner calm, clarity, and long-term wellbeing.
When hitting rock bottom, Edward shared that “it made such a huge difference to actually be listened to and actually get some help.”
Edward’s book “Waking Up in the World” explores ten key principles of awakening and personal growth and is written to be accessible to everyone. You can purchase your copy on The Tree’s website! To learn more or book a retreat at The Tree, visit his website: www.thetree.earth.
