Debi Mason - Health Coach and Mentor at Health Coaches Academy

Our guest, Debi Mason is a mentor at HCA, and a certified Health & Wellness Coach, who works globally and online with individuals experiencing bloating, IBS, and fatigue, supporting them to heal their gut naturally, restore their energy, and live free from ongoing discomfort.


Debi’s journey into health coaching began with her own health challenges, living for years with debilitating symptoms, including relentless migraines, severe gut pain and anxiety. A pivotal realisation changed everything: her health was not fixed, rather it was within her control. This insight set Debi on a path of exploration, where she discovered the profound influence that nutrition and lifestyle choices have on overall wellbeing. 


Today, Debi sees herself as a supportive health companion. Her goal is for others to experience and thrive off of the freedom and vitality that come with true health.


In this episode Debi explores how self-care is a mindset that can be learned. Debi encourages us to “Protect that space of pause. Protect that space of actually listening to what it is that we need and asking that question: How am I going to nourish myself?”
